common issues affecting DPPs across the state; panel
provided by the Central Kentucky DPP.
*Prescription Drug Abuse - Rick Sparks, Franklin
County attorney, will present issues surrounding
prescription drug abuse among teens.
*KY Truancy Diversion Program - Information
regarding the current status of the diversion program.
*Local Inter-agency Council - Use of a community
inter-agency council to assist schools and students
with community resources.
*The Cabinet - James Grace, Cabinet for Health and
Families, will disscuss how the system works and
how can we utilize the system to assist students and
families.
*New DPP Session - Panel discussion for new DPPs
to address “dos” and “don’ts”. KDPP Board of
Directors will provide the panel team. OFFERED
