Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Cancellations will not be accepted for this event. If you are registered and unable to attend the meeting, substitutions may be made, which would allow another individual to attend in your place. 

To make a substitution, requests must be submitted by the individual or district that originally paid and sent to [email protected] prior to the first day of the meeting. 

Please e-mail the names of the participant and substitution to [email protected] to request a substitution.
