General Information

  • Booth customization is available through Excel Decorators: (502) 459-6300
  • All exhibit-related activities must be approved by KASA staff
  • KASA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of exhibits

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests cannot be honored after May 2, 2026. Requests submitted prior will be refunded minus a $119 administrative fee. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Exhibit Space Assignments

Booth assignments are primarily first-come, first-served basis. Partners, exhibitors and KASA alliance partners may request a specific booth location based on the floor plan. KASA will make every effort to assign one of the spaces you request, assignments will be made in priority order as follows:

  1. Alliance, Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver and Corporate Members requests are given priority in order of partnership level
  2. Length of participation in past KASA institutes
  3. Date registration and payment are received

Booth assignments are confirmed upon receipt of registration and payment.
