Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the event or workshop will proceed as scheduled.
Our contracted hotels and venues maintain strict cancellation policies and do not allow
cancellations due to weather-related conditions.
As a result, refunds for registration fees or accommodations cannot be issued if weather
conditions impact travel or attendance.
